Elias Apartments is located in the Old Town of Pärnu. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are various shopping centers such as Port Artur 1 and Port Artur 2 and Pärnu Center.   • 1 hour – 2 euros/ 24 hours – 10 euros

  • First 60 minutes free of charge if marked

  • Single receipts are available at the R-kiosk in the bus station (Pikk 13), at the Pärnu City Government (Suur-Sepa 16), and at the information desk of the Beach Stadium (Ranna pst 2). Any free parking time is automatically added to the parking time purchased from the parking meter.

A convenient parking option is the Port Artur parking house, located at Lai 7, Pärnu. The garage operates 24/7 with the following rates:​​

  • Per hour: €1​,5

  • Full day (00:00–24:00): €4

  • Monthly pass: €50

Please note that the maximum vehicle height allowed is 2 meters, and entry with a trailer is prohibited. Mobile parking is not available in this garage. ​
