Elias Apartments is located in the Old Town of Pärnu. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are various shopping centers such as Port Artur 1 and Port Artur 2 and Pärnu Center. In the Old Town there are several boutique stores such as Siluett Estonian fashion store, Kink ja Viik, Rüütli Käsitööpood and Ehe ja Ehtne Rüütli street store.

Vanalinna (Old Town) Area Parking:

In the Vanalinna area, parking is regulated as follows:​

  • Mon–Sat (excluding national and public holidays): 8:00–19:00​

  • First 60 minutes: Free of charge​

  • After 60 minutes: €2 per hour​

  • Full day (24 hours): €10​

  • Sunday: Free parking all day​

These rates are applicable to parking meters and mobile parking in the Vanalinna area. ​

A convenient parking option is the Port Artur parking house, located at Lai 7, Pärnu. The garage operates 24/7 with the following rates:​

  • Per started half-hour: €0.50​

  • Per hour: €1​

  • Full day (00:00–24:00): €5​

  • Monthly pass: €50 (a one-time card fee of €7.20 applies)​

Please note that the maximum vehicle height allowed is 2 meters, and entry with a trailer is prohibited. Mobile parking is not available in this garage. ​
